Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

1.1 Deceptive or harmful conduct

• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information to End Users
• Impersonate any person, business, or authority
• Conduct or facilitate scams, fraud, or phishing
• Make unsubstantiated claims about products or services

1.2 Privacy and data

• Collect sensitive personal information (health data, financial account details, government identifiers, biometric data) without explicit informed consent
• Build profiles on End Users beyond what is necessary for customer service
• Conduct surveillance or monitor individuals without their knowledge
• Expose personal information of End Users to unauthorised parties

1.3 Harmful or illegal content

• Facilitate, promote, or provide instructions for illegal activities
• Generate or distribute defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Target or collect data from children under 16 years of age
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

1.4 Platform integrity

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code, AI configuration, or prompt architecture
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use automated tools to scrape or stress-test the Platform
• Attempt to access other Clients' data or systems
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Platform without prior written consent

2. Regulated industries

If you operate in a regulated industry, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable industry-specific obligations. You must configure the AI assistant to direct End Users to appropriate professionals for regulated matters.

In healthcare specifically, you must not use the Platform to collect, store, or transmit patient health information through the chat interface unless you have a specific written agreement with Rapid Intelligence Systems covering health information handling.

3. Alignment with OpenAI usage policies

The Platform uses OpenAI's API. Your use must also comply with OpenAI's usage policies at platform.openai.com/docs/usage-policies. Accounts in breach of OpenAI's policies may be suspended.

4. Consequences of violation

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
• Remove or disable content or configurations that breach this policy
• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
• Seek damages for losses caused by your breach

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Active account holders will be notified of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice.
